I've been sweating by this stuff for over a decade. I have fair skin and I burn easily. Living in the south I couldn't go without it. I use it most as an after sun oil. It takes the sting out the burn and turns burns into tans usually within one day, sometimes 2 depending on how bad the burn is. It's nice too bc u can put your clothes on after it's applied and it doesnt hurt your clothes. It smells great and makes your skin feel great.
